Order Payment

1. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for an order is made exclusively in cashless form using one of the following methods:

• by Visa or Mastercard bank card through the Freedom Pay payment service;
• via Kaspi Pay (Kaspi QR, Kaspi Gold, Kaspi Kredit);
• via Apple Pay and Google Pay (when paying by card through Freedom Pay).

All payments are processed in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan — the tenge (KZT).

2. BANK CARD PAYMENT PROCEDURE

To pay for an order by bank card, perform the following actions:

• scan the QR code and select beverages from the menu;
• proceed to checkout and press the “Pay” button;
• you will be redirected to the secure Freedom Pay payment page;
• enter your bank card details: card number, expiration date, cardholder name and the CVV/CVC code;
• confirm the payment with a one-time 3-D Secure code (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) sent by your issuing bank;
• after successful payment you will return to the service and receive order confirmation.

3. PAYMENT SECURITY

• Payment processing is carried out by the certified payment operator Freedom Pay in accordance with the international PCI DSS security standard.
• All data is transmitted in encrypted form over the secure TLS/HTTPS protocol.
• The qup service does not receive or store your bank card details — the data is entered directly on the side of the payment operator.
• The payment is additionally protected by 3-D Secure technology, which requires confirmation of the transaction with a one-time code from the card issuing bank.

4. PRICE AND RECEIPT

• The cost of beverages and the delivery service is shown in the service menu and displayed in the cart before the order is confirmed and paid for. The price in effect at the moment the order is confirmed is final.
• Prices are stated in tenge (KZT) and include VAT where applicable.
• After successful payment, an electronic receipt is generated by the payment service and sent to the email address or payment application specified during checkout.

5. REFUNDS

Refunds are made exclusively to the payment instrument (bank card or account) from which the payment was made. Refunds in cash are not made. The grounds, procedure and time frames for refunds are set out in detail in the “Refund Policy” section.
